Global Campus Connect (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides free university application guidance to students applying to the UK and North America. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us. You can reach us at sharif@globalcampusconnect.co.uk.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us so that we can advise you and support your application. This usually includes your name and contact details, your country of residence, your academic history and qualifications, documents such as transcripts, certificates and identification, your course and university preferences, and any other details you choose to share with our team.

How we use your information

We use your information to give you guidance, to prepare and submit university applications on your behalf, to communicate with you about your application, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

To process your application, we share relevant information and documents with the universities you apply to and, where appropriate, their official representatives and pathway partners. We share only what is necessary, and only for your application. We also use trusted service providers, such as email and form tools, that process data on our behalf under agreement.

Legal basis

Where UK data protection law applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the service you have asked for. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are supporting you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us or we need it for our records. After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email sharif@globalcampusconnect.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
